FIDUCIARY EXPERT – ZIZI is one of very few real estate agents that were hand-picked by the leading financial institutions in Los Angeles to represent them on fiduciary matters involving properties. She has worked closely with Trust Departments at Wells Fargo, Bank of America, First Interstate Bank, Security Pacific Bank and Northern Trust evaluating the value of assets and assisting in asset sales for probate and trust transactions. ZIZI provides the expertise essential in meeting financial institution’s strict qualifications in representing properties, trusts and administrators.
ZIZI has been a part of Rodeo Realty in Beverly Hills since 2011. Prior to that time, she distinguished herself as a mentor and leader at Elite Properties training other agents in the areas of evaluating and pricing properties, developing personalized marketing strategies and providing the attention to detail necessary for closing sales and meet clients’ objectives.
Born in Iran and raised in Europe and the United States, ZIZI received her BS in Industrial and Mechanical Engineering, specializing in human factor engineering after attending Michigan State University in East Lansing and the University of Toledo, Ohio, respectively. Following graduation, ZIZI was nominated by the College of Engineering, UT for Outstanding Young American.
Her reputation in the industry began as an agent for Alvarez Hyland & Young, a high-end boutique real estate firm known for representing celebrities and some of the largest and more glamorous properties in Beverly Hills. She then worked as an agent for Merrill Lynch, which was acquired by Prudential and then Jon Douglas before working at Coldwell Banker.
ZIZI is a music lover, fabulous cook and dedicated foodie. An avid sports fan, she has adopted all of LA’s teams as her own and can be found cheering the teams on with her son during football, basketball, baseball and soccer seasons. She is a dedicated volunteer and has worked with Children’s Hospital. Her long held passion is helping homeless veterans by coordinating donations of personal property from her sellers to homeless shelters.
